Lana Jamison has left the Raytown Schools Quality Care Clinic. Premise Health is actively recruiting a new behavioral health counselor and plans to send notification once someone has been hired.
In the meantime, if you need immediate support before the new counselor is available, please refer to the resources below.

First Session: During your first visit, you will discuss your concerns, medical history, and goals, and establish a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Confidentiality: Your sessions are confidential.
Honesty: Being open and honest will help your counselor understand your situation better.
No Judgement: Counseling is a safe, non-judgmental space.
Participation: Actively participating in the sessions can greatly benefit your progress.
Patience: Progress may take time, and it's important to be patient with yourself and the process.
Questions: Feel free to ask questions about the process, techniques, and what to expect in future sessions.
SupportLinc EAP offers you objective, professional assistance at no cost to you or your immediate family. This program is both voluntary and confidential – SupportLinc makes every effort to safeguard your privacy. The call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and you will always speak with a live person.
Note: 6 sessions per issue are available.

This is offered separate from the District’s medical insurance.

Strict confidentiality standards ensure no one will know you have accessed the program, without your written permission, except as required by law.

Example reasons: depression/anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, family or parenting issues, substance abuse
Initial contact with licensed professional counselor to develop care plan. They will assist in next steps including connecting you with a counselor/therapist for ongoing treatment if needed
