Flu Shot Events at Your District Location
Getting a flu shot is one of the best ways to help protect your health and the health of your students, coworkers, and family this flu season. Flu shots will be offered at your district location and are available to all district employees at no cost.
Stay healthy this flu season and help protect our school community. If you have questions, please contact your building nurse representative.
IMPORTANT:
Events will occur at District locations mid-September through the end of October.
To participate, return the Flu Shot Consent Form to your building nurse representative prior to your location’s event date to receive the vaccine.
Dress appropriately, wear clothing that allows for easy access to your upper arm for flu shot administration.
These District location events are for employees only.*
Sanofi Fluzone is the vaccine that will be administered.
*Note: If you are an employee unable to receive a vaccine on the date/time they will be at your District location, employees who are enrolled in the District's medical insurance plan may also receive a flu shot at the Raytown Schools Quality Care Clinic.

All members enrolled in the District's medical insurance plan including employees, spouses and dependents age 4+ are eligible to receive a flu shot at the Raytown Schools Quality Care Clinic. To make an appointment:
